Rooms for rent in Douala

Douala is Cameroon's economic capital and main port. Demand for rentals is high from people working in the port, industry and trade, and land on the city's edges is sought after by families and diaspora buyers. Always check the land title at the land registry before paying. Ask whether water, electricity and shared spaces are included, and get a receipt for every month paid.
